I was hesitant to order this after reading other reviews that said the chain was hopelessly tangled in the packaging. My necklace arrived in a divided plastic bag that had the pendant on one side and most of the chain in the other, preventing any tangles! It is a VERY delicate chain – almost too delicate for the pendant. But it’s very pretty and looked great with my outfit.

This is a cute necklace. The ruby looks nice. When I got it out of the bag, the chain was in a knot. Not happy about it. Here’s hoping it is easy to get out as it was a pretty tight knot.
