Opening the box these are very well packaged. The weight of the pans is impressive the color is beautiful the handles are sleek and sturdy the pans are very well balanced. I will need to update this after hand washing and use them.

I’ve used this set for 3 months now with my 3 mo. old induction cooktop. I like the weight of them, and they clean up easily. Have cooked all my favorites, and they work well. Also, love the bluish color.They work very much like my old set that I used on my old electric cooktop, so haven’t had to make huge adjustments in cooking time or heat level, so if you want a 2 minute, boiled egg, these aren’t for you.We have been careful to not pour cold water in hot pans, so haven’t noticed any warping yet.All in all, we love these pans.

I had bought the 12″ saute pan w/ high straight sides a few years ago and LOVED it, still use it all the time, but we had fairly new pots/pans set so wasn’t needing the rest. a few of those pots/pans are now chipping on the bottom (as those teflon/calphalon non-stick tend to do) and so I bought this set.if you’re into aesthetics, they are a muted sapphire color – bluish gray – as the picture shows.FYI they take a little longer to heat up but they have a very even heat and flat bottoms. haven’t used them in the oven (no reason to) and I have an electric glass/ceramic flat top stove (NOT induction, but as we are considering getting that kind of stove, it’s important to know you can use them on induction).Took off 1 star because the lids for the pots don’t fit the frying pans.. I was hoping they would be interchangeable. Also, the 3 pots/saucepans are a little smaller than my old set so I may have to keep those older ones.

Scratches easily
We have had these pots and pans for several months, however our kitchen was under renovations, so we didnĆ¢ĀĀt cook for about 8 weeks. Basically, every time we use them thereĆ¢ĀĀs another scratch at the bottom. They are priced well, but not durable, at least not if you purchased them so that you could cook.

High Quality product and a great replacement for my last set of cookware. I use these pots and pans on an electric stovetop and it does not slide around much. The deep pan was smaller than I expected. They are not really heavy and allows for easy lifting when cooking or cleaning.
