Excellent Quality for a Great Price
I need a solid and large pan to fry thick sliced bacon, and this pan is perfect. Even though the bottom is a larger diameter than my stoves largest electric heating element, when the inner pieces are almost finished, I move them to the outside area and the outmost pieces to the inner area. Works perfectly. I only fry four pieces at a time, but I believe it could handle five pieces, depending on the quality and size of the bacon bought to fry. As a reference, I fry Costco thick-sliced bacon.

I needed a 14Ć¢ĀĀ pan especially to fit at least three grilled ham & cheese sandwiches & anything I make a lot of at once. ItĆ¢ĀĀs fairly shallow & cooks better at low heat. Love the two handles because itĆ¢ĀĀs heavy. I was disappointed in the color, although it matches most of my kitchen, the color shown was a much darker blue. ItĆ¢ĀĀs more gray. And I wasnĆ¢ĀĀt expecting ridges in it I expected a total flat surface. Over all, pretty good, just have to learn to use it a bit different than some other cookware. Very easy to clean! LD

It is a good pan, sturdy and well constructed. Unfortunately, did not end up using since it was too big for my use. It is meant for cooking for 5-6pp. but it is well made.

I waited a little while to do this review because I wanted to see how long the pan would last. I purchased it about 5-6 months ago and it still cooks the same it did when I bought it! Normally my pans start showing signs of sticking about a month into using them but not this pan. This pan is awesome!!!IĆ¢ĀĀve used all kinds of oil in the pan, itĆ¢ĀĀs very durable, it seems to actually resist scratches. I just wish it came in some really cool colors when I bought one.
