My husband often asked if the dishes were clean or dirty – because I wash food from them before putting them into the dishwasher – though I seldom rinse them completely. While this assures that our dishes come out sparkling clean and minimizes odor between washes, I’d often forget if they’d gone through a dishwasher cleaning cycle – which includes a hot sanitizing drying. So, we needed a magnet. It took me a while to decide which to choose. I wanted the least expensive one, that I could stand to look at in my kitchen. I’m so happy I paid a little extra. This one looks absolutely amazing on our stainless steel Samsung dishwasher. It looks like it actually came with the unit. It was easy to attach. It has never come off. The ‘dirty/clean’ slide is quick and easy to move back and forth. But the sticker itself has never moved. It’s solidly attached. And it is absolutely gorgeous. It’s formal, yet warm design and typeset blends perfectly into my kitchen decor. And looks like it came built-in on the dishwasher. I’d buy another in a heartbeat if I ever bought another stainless steel dishwasher.

Looks Nice on Bosch 800 Dishwasher
This product functions as expected and looks seamless on our new stainless steel dishwasher door. The magnet is strong enough to hold this in place while the door is opened and closed. It has not fallen off once yet, and we have not even used the adhesive stickers. The sliding cover that moves between “CLEAN” and “DIRTY” also stays in place nicely so it won’t accidentally move.While the edges of the product could be more polished or smoothed out, I wouldn’t say they are razor sharp or extremely dangerous like some of the reviews here indicate. It might be rough enough to injure a finger, but I have not intentionally tried that to be honest. We also placed our sign below the dishwasher handle so it’s out of the way and it has not been a problem.

This looks great on my Bosch dishwasher. It is probably too expensive what it is, but it does look good. I purchased this to upgrade from a simple clean/dirty magnet that I was using. The magnet was starting to fall apart, and it had a much cheaper look to it. This is sign was a major upgrade in terms of appearance. The only thing this upgrade didnât solve is forgetting to make the swap between clean/dirty – but I donât suppose the signage can help with forgetfulness. Like with the magnet, that problem will persist. The slider on this sign is smooth and satisfying. It takes just enough pressure to move it that it is intentional while avoiding accidental activation.The main criticism I have of this magnet sign is that young kids can reach it and switch it from clean to dirty or vice versa easily. A little lock switch or some such along the top would provide discrete kiddo mitigation on this otherwise high end, good looking product.

I bought this one for $12.95 and initially loved it, but noticed that the stainless steel didnât really look âhigh endâ. I bought a different one (YEWGARB Dishwasher Magnet Clean Dirty Sign, by GymTech) for $7.60 to compare, and I was surprised by how much more I liked the cheaper one!In my pictures, this more expensive one is on the bottom, and the cheaper one is on the top.The stainless steel of the cheaper one looks higher quality, and feels sturdier. The stainless steel of this one feels almost unfinished and rough/sharp around the edges. They both are easy to use and slide fine, although the slide is different in both. Please see video to compare (this more expensive one is at the beginning of the video, the cheaper is at the end of the video). I am going to return this one and keep the cheaper one.
