I bought this luggage to match my smaller one I got for Christmas. The first time I used it was to go to the Grand Cayman Islands. During that time (one week) the zipper fell off, the wheel cracked and broke ( leaving my hotel to have to duct tape it, so I could get home) and the handle broke. My little one never had this problem. I will try this product one more time, because my little one is solid. But if it fails again, I won’t be purchasing again.

It broke on our trip to Italy
I was so excited when I bought this beautiful luggage for our first trip to Italy. Sadly one of the wheels broke off right away. Made wheeling it around difficult to say the least.The lifetime warranty and return process is not user friendly.

Stylish and Spacious, but Handle Could Be Sturdier
The Kenneth Cole REACTION Madison Square Lightweight Hardside Chevron Expandable Spinner is both stylish and spacious, perfect for any trip. Its lightweight design and smooth-rolling wheels make it easy to maneuver through airports. However, the handle on the larger suitcase broke on my first trip, and it only weighed 50lbs. I was able to fix it but it happened a second time so I don’t trust that it won’t happen again.

My luggage set was in perfect condition when it arrived. IĆ¢ĀĀve used my luggage set on a few road trips and itĆ¢ĀĀs still just as beautiful. I am not sure how these pieces will hold up flying because the hard shell is so thin. My fear is itĆ¢ĀĀll break and IĆ¢ĀĀll have to buy luggage to get back home. Both pieces are rather large and spacious which makes traveling for week long trips a BREEZE. Overall I think they are stylish and lightweight. Due to my fear of flying with these pieces I plan to purchase the soft shell version of these bags.

We bought this suitcase with the matching backpack, but on our last trip (having only used it prob 5 times), the corner on the suitcase was smashed in when we retrieved it from the luggage carrier. Suitcases should last more than 5 times. I am guessing the hard case of the suitcase isn’t strong enough.

It’s really unfortunate because I had a hard time finding luggage with the inside flap instead of just the crossed bungees on the this trip in I find my suit case on the ground with the zipper damaged I can no longer close it so its useless to me so I guess it’s pooy made I don’t suggest buying for the avid traveler
