Under the moonstone is a gorgeous color! ItĆ¢ĀĀs sord of like a bronze color. Looks pretty with my blue eyes. The quality is good, it stays on, it goes on smooth but so it doesnĆ¢ĀĀt dry so it easy to smear if not careful. But I always soften my line anyway

Decent Pencil, But Takes Extra Effort
IĆ¢ĀĀm not thrilled with this eye pencil. While the brown color is beautiful, it doesnĆ¢ĀĀt go on as smoothly as other pencils IĆ¢ĀĀve used, and thereĆ¢ĀĀs no smudger to help blend it. It requires more effort to apply than I expected, so I wouldnĆ¢ĀĀt recommend it if you’re in a rush. However, the price is definitely a plus, making it a decent option if you’re not in a hurry.

IĆ¢ĀĀm very impressed with this product. It just arrived today along with some shadow from other much more expensive brands. I swatch tested them all on my wrist and then fell asleep (something I donĆ¢ĀĀt normally do) with about ten swatches of color on my wrist. When I woke up, most had smeared or entirely disappeared except this one which lloked as if had been freshly applied. It performed better than shadows four times its price. I wry highly recommend this shadow.

I like the color, consistency that it’s waterproof & stay on & doesn’t run down the cheeks when hit by rain or tears. Could be a bit less costly because the actual color stick inside breaks off, as you apply to eyes, as it’s too soft & if you expose a bit too & apply pressure, it breaks into tiny pcs, wasting much of the color rod/wand inside.

Used to Be Great
I have purchased these eyeliner pencils over eight times because of their great quality and reasonable price. However, the last time that I purchased them, I purchased two of the same black pencils and have been highly disappointed. Instead of gliding on easily and smoothly, the first pencil seemed dry, it was difficult to get a smooth line, and the “lead” was broken into several pieces inside the plastic tube. In the middle of using it, I’d suddenly have a broken piece fall out, sometimes staining whatever it dropped. on. The pencil was used up in about 16 days. I thought that it must have just been a fluke and the second one would work fine. It didn’t and had the same problems as the first. I don’t know if these pencils were old stock, but I am very disappointed and will be hesitant to purchase them again.

Quick and easy to use on my eyes. Can use on eyebrows with careful application.Occasionally I need to reapply before the finish if I’m doing a full face of makeup and I already have eye makeup on. But I guess that’s with every eyeliner!
