This phone was easy to set up and transfer from my old phone to this phone. I can’t believe the memory it has. I think I have downloaded at least 100 games to just try them and there is still lots of room. Also have lots of pictures on it. It takes great pictures. I just have to finish setting up everything on it that’s new.

This is the Chinese Firmware Model (NOT USA).
While this model works in the USA, the USA firmware is missing in the the S928(0) as its indicative by the last character(s) after S928. The S928B is Middle East firmware which also does not include North America. Therefore, US, UK, Canada, or Mexico networks will NOT recognize the IMEI as a 4G device because while it may not be locked, the 5G firmware for these regions is not installed. Therefore, the device will not be 5G in the USA unless you mail it to the Samsung mail in service center to have all the firmware removed and the U1 (SM-S928U1) firmware installed which truly makes it an international version and function properly within the North America being XAA as the CSC (County Specific Code) as listed in the Software (firmware) build version under about phone instead of KSA and other ME countries for “B” models or CHI, BRI, or TGY for the “0” (Chinese) model of S928 like this being sold in this link. Good luck because Samsung may not swap the firmware, then the retailer has to accept the return, and its better to start the return before mailing to Samsung in case Samsung does not fix the firmware since this model is being sold in the USA as an international model or US model since its being sold in the USA, which should be the “U1” of S928 or S928U1. Also consider, Samsung only has to remove and reinstall the U1 firmware to fix the problem, but if they break the factory seal like when completing screen repairs to open the device for any possible other repair, the device will never be truly waterproof up to 5′ of water in the event its dropped in a pool, to operate underwater up to 5′ or dropped in the water while walking out on a dock to a lake, river, or bay (I am currently going through these hoops and Samsung has to honor these device warranties being sold in the USA to swap the firmware to operate all functionality in the USA with the U1 firmware).

This dual Sim global phone model is exactly what I wanted. Took a new job and the employer required use of a 2nd device. I was running a Note 10+ and this was an excellent reason to finally upgrade. Dual Sim works well. New S24 model with S-Pen let me retain the Note experience. I’ve had this in hand as my daily driver for >3mo and I’m extremely happy with this purchase.
