This phone is not made for US customers so if your in the US beware.It’s too late for me but the hardware isn’t compatible with all the functions of my service provider. Seems like the data and service coverage is severely throttled.I’m really upset consider the cost of this phone.I also second another reviewers comment about the speaker for phone calls being in a really awkward spot. But that’s an issue withthe phone design not the product.

1. Idk what Samsung is thinking? The speaker earpiece is placed at the awkward upper right hand corner of the outer edge instead of at the traditional center top position of the screen. Because of this, when listening to the phone, the volume is really not there in the noisy environment or inside the car. You have to angle the speaker earpiece to your ear. ThatĆ¢ĀĀs pretty bizarre. No one is using Bluetooth or speaker phone all the time, right? It took me a little while to find out the two little holes are the speaker earpiece. Also, the volume is just not as loud n clear like the bottom speaker. I donĆ¢ĀĀt know if any users notice such??? Therefore, the in-call audio quality is kinda low (even with the volume tuned to the max) when in the car or in noise environment as I can barely hear any sound from within the phone. Samsung canĆ¢ĀĀt expect any one uses bluetooth all the time neither the speaker. This is such a huge turn-off. Nowadays many manufacturers focus on photo quality yet the basic features are completely ignored. My momĆ¢ĀĀs old Galaxy 8 has that top speaker earpiece visible with loud and clear sound quality, still! My brotherĆ¢ĀĀs iPhone 14 has the same.2. When the phone is on speaker mode or playing video, the audio quality lacks clarity and it often has that scratchy sound.3. The phone doesnĆ¢ĀĀt come with a charger and the packaging box is really cheap! Thanks for what you have done to cut costs with such expensive phone.

A un mes de uso puedo asegurar que es un celular espectacular, todo lo bueno que se dice en videos es real, su rendimiento es el de un gama alta, las fotos y videos son lo que se espera de un gama alta, en juegos el desempeĆĀ±o es excelente. Un celular 10/10, lo unico que se puede tomar como punto en contra es que ya no incluyen cargador, debes prepararte y comprarlo de antemano si piensas comprar este celular, pero desde hace unos aĆĀ±os los gama alta ya no lo incluyen.
