This is a global phone. It is not compatible with most network carriers visual voicemail. You must use the keypad to access voicemail. It is not 100% compatible with the Verizon network. Text messages must be sent numerous times. You often must download text messages.

Do not buy that model if you’re in the US !
The Galaxy S24 Ultra itself a great smartphone, but if you’re living in the US then the EU/UK bands are terrible in the US.. The LTE speeds are terrible (even in a great area), and 5G network is nowhere to be found…

The phone arrived on time, was new, and was perfectly sealed in the box. It starts in Spanish due to its origin since all physical dual sim phones I researched seem to have to come in Spanish, but of course, it has all the languages: French, English, etc. Setup was a breeze when you registered on the Samsung site. It will be registered, but there is no warranty since it is out of its country of origin. It’s not a worry for me since many companies will give it a better warranty than Samsung: the bottom line is an excellent phone with good service from the seller and Amazon fulfillment.
