Very rugged
I’m not looking for fashion but function and this seems very rugged with good protection. Fits well, a little snug going on but I think that’s preferred to being to loose. It’s got a nubby texture on the sides so it feels nice and grippy not slippery. Seemed like a fair price. Pleased with my purchase. Plus it came with a sticker so there is that. 🙂

Case is great! Color is a bit different than the pics.
Ordered the âStriped Upâ case. Definitely grippy, seems pretty rugged. Already dropped my phone from about 4ft onto a hardwood floor and, no damage. Fits on the phone well too.Only nit-picky issue is that the colors look a bit different than the photos. In the photos, the top color looks like itâs sort of an off-white. And the bottom looks like a navy blue.In reality, both are brighter. Top is a bright white and the bottom is a bright, primary blue.I donât hate it, but itâs not my favorite. All personal preference, though. Beyond that, the case is great! Would not hesitate to buy a new one with a different design. 🙂

This case is really great. Fit, finish, and magsafe all great. The corners stick out just a bit, but that hasn’t bothered me in normal use. I like the slight indentations on the sides to give you finger grip. But what I really love about this case is that the clear back material is really great. The back isn’t slippery, and fingers have just a bit of friction on it, and that makes holding this phone in normal use really great. The new picture button on my 16 pro max is easy to use with a nice cutout, but I’m still not sure quite what that button is for (ha!). I just counted how many times I’ve typed great in this review, I guess I like the case. Thanks Smartish for making a great product!

great item. sturdy, protective, secure for my clumsy hands. hands down, thumbs up.however, one area for improvement is, and as much as i love the D, i do wish that the D ring that attaches to the strap was an O ring. would look so much cleaner.but all in all i would recommend this product. ðð½

Love the iPhone 16 Gripzilla Cover!
This is my first time trying a Gripzilla cover for an iPhone. I ordered the “Moving Mountains” version for the iPhone 16. Love the look! And it feels great in my hand, like I won’t drop the phone! A lot of covers are made out of plastic and are slippery. This one feels solid! Well made, nice tight fit around my phone. The bumpers in the corners seem like they will protect the phone. The lip in the front is great, just wish the lip around the camera was a tad higher (my only complaint). I’m sending my Otterbox cover back, this Gripzilla is a keeper!

You get a lot for your money
I use my phone for work and needed a case that provided protection and nearly as important, grip. This case has both. Not over bulky but solidly built. The texture is just enough to keep it secure but not sticky or annoying. If youâre in the market for a solid case at a good price point this is the one.

My new favorite case.
Iâm pretty tough on my equipment, and when I have to pay out of my own pocket to replace an expensive personal phone, I want the best protection available. At the same time, I want it to be easy-to-use, and not the size of a brick. This case strikes that balance perfectly.I only discovered this case because the latest iteration of my long-time favorite case (rhymes with spec-presidiotoo) was apparently designed by chimpanzees, and is completely unacceptable. This case, on the other hand, is just about perfectly designed.The corners are super padded, which should be more than sufficient to protect my phone during drops. And despite the flared corners and textured surfaces, it slips easily in and out of my pocket when I want it to, without turning my pockets inside-out.The grippy surface is not quite as grippy as I expected, but it has a nice texture that should greatly reduce my clumsiness. There are finger-grip indents in the bottom half that help quickly index the phone without looking at it.There are magnets inside the case that assist with locking onto MagSafe-style chargers and accessories. They help immensely to center your phone on wireless chargers, so you donât have to fiddle with it to get a good charge.The camera lip is a good millimeter or two above my camera lenses. I would rather not put a metal caliper that close to my lens, but placing a straight edge across the lip shows itâs more than sufficient.Bottom line: Between my government and personal cell phones, I have probably owned dozens of different cases over the years. This is by far my favorite to date.I hope this helps.

Sturdy case – but wireless charging lacking
This case is pretty sturdy and I want to like it. However, this case does not work with typical wireless chargers like from Belkin or Anker. My iphone 13 Pro Max and my Samsung S24+ have no problems in their respective cases. Another iphone 16 pro max case had no problems either, but I hated the case and returning it.

I really love this case. Itâs grippy and I love the raised edges because when I am in the treadmill or elliptical trainer, the power button doesnât get accidentally pushed when Iâm adjusting the volume buttons. Itâs not also bulky and compatible with screen protectors. Highly recommended.
